本地文档编辑
打开、编辑和保存文档均在设备本地完成。仅打开或编辑文件不会导致文档内容上传。您无需启用云端 AI 即可使用本地编辑功能。
云端 AI 功能与明确同意
云端 AI 是可选功能。首次发送 AI 请求前，AiOffice 会单独说明发送的数据、接收方和用途。只有您主动点击“同意并继续”后才会发送。
使用 AI 时，您主动提供的指令，以及完成请求所需的选中文本、单元格、幻灯片、PDF 页面、文档内容、图片或附件，可能通过 HTTPS 发送给上海栾青网络科技有限公司运营的轻语 API，并由当前选择的模型服务商（智谱 AI 或 DeepSeek）处理。使用联网搜索时，搜索词还可能发送给 Genspark、Google Serper、Tavily 或 DuckDuckGo。以上数据仅用于生成回答或执行您要求的编辑。
账单记录只包含请求标识、模型、用量、扣费状态和时间，不包含提示词或文档内容。请求内容为完成处理而传输，不会写入 AiOffice 账单记录。模型服务商会按照其适用的服务与隐私条款处理请求。
拒绝不会影响本地编辑。您可在“设置 > 通用 > 允许云端 AI 处理内容”中随时撤回同意；撤回后再次使用 AI 时会重新询问。
账户、内购与统计
登录凭据保存在操作系统受保护的凭据存储中。Apple 内购会向轻语 API 发送商品标识、交易标识及 App Store 回执，用于验单、防止重复入账、发放金豆和售后支持。
官方发行版可向 Google Analytics 4 发送应用启动、文件类别和登录结果等使用事件。统计不包含文档内容、文件名、路径、AI 提示词、账户身份或邮箱。您可在“设置 > 通用”中关闭匿名使用统计。
安全、保存与用户权利
AiOffice 使用 HTTPS 和访问控制保护服务数据。账户、购买和账单记录仅在提供服务、防欺诈、履行财务义务及解决争议所需期限内保存。访问、更正或删除账户数据的请求，可通过联系我们提交。

Local editing
Files are opened, edited, and saved locally. AiOffice does not upload document content merely because a file is opened or edited. Local editing remains available without cloud AI.
Cloud AI and consent
Before the first cloud AI request, AiOffice identifies the data, recipients, and purpose in a separate prompt. Nothing is sent unless you select Agree and Continue.
Your prompt and the document, spreadsheet, presentation, PDF, image, or attachment content you choose to provide are sent over HTTPS to Lightyu API, operated by Shanghai Luanqing Network Technology Co., Ltd., and processed by the selected provider, Zhipu AI or DeepSeek. When web search is used, search terms may also be sent to Genspark, Google Serper, Tavily, or DuckDuckGo. This data is used only to generate a response or perform your requested edit.
Billing records contain request identifiers, model and usage data, charge status, and timestamps. They do not contain prompts or document content. You may withdraw consent under Settings > General > Allow cloud AI data processing.
Accounts, purchases, and analytics
Apple purchase verification sends the product identifier, transaction identifier, and App Store receipt to Lightyu API. Optional Google Analytics events do not include document content, file names, paths, prompts, account identity, or email. Analytics can be disabled in Settings.
